When I moved in back in 2007, I was shown a ground floor 1-bedroom. I told the leasing agent what I was looking for. I told them I needed a first-floor apartment. When I signed the lease, they gave me the keys, told me the apartment number, and said go find it. I was upset when I found out it was on the THIRD floor. I went in and questioned it, and was told that's all they had. I then asked why I wasn't told that before I signed the lease. They couldn't answer my questions. Overall, my experience with this complex was good, maintenance was okay when you could get them to do anything, and I would more likely than not never live here again.
