This place may look really nice from the outside but keep driving. The rooms are really small with no closet space. No storage space. No patios. Infested with ants and bugs. We found them in our bed and all over our sofa. I've got bites all over. Disgusting!!! No "pet stations" on the property so there is dog crap everywhere. Staff is not very helpful at all. You have to pay $25 to get a clicker to open the front gate or else you have to put in your code each time. I can understand paying the $25 as a deposit which will be returned once the clicker is returned but that's not the case.

What a looser ! It is really a great wooded area and if the price to pay for less concrete and great tree views is a few bugs ..big deal! If a renter has an issue with a 25 dollar fee and a problem with having his own gate code he should just kill himself. Poor people are pathetic.

There are bugs everywhere, and the only answer from managment is that they are everywhere in San Antonio as well. Well that is not an ANSWER that is an excuse. People want to live in an apartment where crickets are not falling on them in the shower, that is unhealthy. It is in fact a complete and total infestation. The solution is to fix it anything less should be an excuse to get out of a lease. Fix the problem, fix the problem, fix the problem
