I recently moved out of Bristol Canyon or whatever they call it now and I am so thrilled to be as far away as possible from that hellhole!!! When we first moved in the manager at the time Leslie and the matinence man were very helpful and responsive to any issues with the apartment, but once LYND took over it went downhill!!! They kept one girl her name is Niki and she would always shoot me dirty looks and not offer to help when I was the ONLY in the office I had to wait on the guy that works there to help me. There was one time that I can remember I was the only one in the office the guy came to assist me and as soon as another young couple walked in she immediatly got up off her lard to assist them! i have no complaits about anyone else that works in the office just her! Building 6 is awful to live in the people above stomped around all night as if there were twelve three year olds up there and the one of the ladies that lives on the second floor is an wackjob!!! She will complain about everything and anything! Very difficult woman steer clear of her!!! The property lets her basically get away with anything and makes you feel like you are wrong and she is right! They allow any kind of dogs including 150 pound Mastiffs! I kid you not! And there are designated spots for owners to take thier dogs to do thier buisness but that doesn't matter they will let them do it anywhere including the breezways and stairwells!!! Speaking of stairwells they are right next to your bedroom so you can expect to be awake half the night for the first couple of months until you if ever get used to it! The breezways carry noise like no other its just NOISE NOISE NOISE all night long! Parking was never an issue. Sometimes returning home from work late at night the whole entire building would be pitch black!!! This is very scary for a woman living alone! And there was an ever present odor in the building it seriouly reeked the entire year I was there! I would complain to the leasing office about it and they would simply nod there heads smile and apologize...let me tell you they have that down!!!!!! Theres a big peoblem with speeding!!! You can here every airplane that flies overhead. The apartment were cheaply built with crappy counter tops and fake tile that peels up after a couple of months that I would always trip over! There is a mayjor scorpion problem due to the surrounding construction sites!!! The traffic is horrible and the pool is an absolute joke! I thought living outside of 1604 assured that I would have to deal with the hassles that I had to at previous aprtment complexes but I was wrong. I dealt with the same issues the only difference is I was stuck with $800 rent each month when i was promised a different price upon move in! My move in date was pushed back 3 times! This place I would not recommed to anyone!!!

Unfortunately in this business we as management have to ask people to move out due to the fact that we have received too many disturbance calls. As is the case with this previous resident. She continually got called on and caused problems. In order to keep our community peaceful she was asked to move out. Most people tend to be bitter with such situations. As for the rest of her jibberish I will not justify it with an answer.
