Broadstone Ranch

From: SDrezner Date posted: 12/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Broadstone Ranch is a visually appealing community with plenty of college kids to go around. It sits adjacent to The Highlands, so if you're familiar with the northwest part of San Antonio, this should be a warning sign for you. In my particular unit, I have people above me who can't seem to be quiet, ever... whether they're jumping around or walking heavily or whatever else... I hear it all! Simultaneously, I have my kitchen floor vibrating from the unit below. I should be fair, though. There are many positive points to be made in favor of Broadstone Ranch. The community always seems to be well-maintained and landscaped. Maintenance people are friendly and prompt. The fitness room and clubhouse are well-fitted and well-designed. The leasing consultants are friendly, but don't always get your requests accomplished. Although Broadstone Ranch has many amenities and perks (such as wireless internet by the pool), the community is overpriced in my opinion. If you're looking to live the college lifestyle, this place is probably perfect. Otherwise, there are many luxury communities in the area that may be preferable.
