You really believe this problem has been solved? They've kicked out four lessees and I haven't had one bit of improvement. My entire floor is littered with college kids who don't know how to be quiet in cheaply built apartments.

I agree, the problem is far from over. They need to look over who they are leasing to. Also, there needs to be cops sitting out here at night to stop the ridiculous revving of the engines problems.
