I moved into Broadstone when they were still under construction & Im impressed with the progress they've made. Yeah there were a few inconveniences in the beginning, but it was well worth it in my opinion. I love the floorplan I live in & the office staff is always friendly & helpful. Maintenance is very quick to respond & very helpful as well. As far as the partying, management is doing all they can to keep it under control. They even have a cop that lives here & they've always been prompt in addressing my concerns . Im pleased with my choice in apts & I plan to renew my lease as soon as possible! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I will agree with you on maintenance--the people are friendly and requests have generally been resolved quickly. However, I refuse to believe that the management is really doing all it can to keep partying under control. Courtesy officer Ducate who lives here never shows up when I call the answering service and the complaint is never resolved. I am one of the fools who signed a 13-month lease figuring I would be living here a while anyway. Bad mistake.
