I have lived at Broadstone for almost a year now and it has been a nightmare. There is endless noise and drunk college students. Parties all night and the courtesy officer never seems to respond. My car was broken into and no one in the office even cared!!! It takes a long time to get a maint. request completed. I should have leased next door for a much better price, better living standards, and nicer staff.

Highlands has better living standards? WHAT? Uh, maybe you didn't know this but they require you to make a small amount of income per year in order to live there. Like $18,000. How is that better living standards? I seriously doubt that right next door would not have any college students. I love my place and have not had any problems at all and I have been here for about the same amount of time. In fact, I've enjoyed it and will be staying here another year.Oh, by the way when have the gates worked at Highlands? Do you know how many parties I've gone to there? Trust me its so normal people don't even complain on my friends anymore. Better their place than mine.

Great attitude jojo1988...better their place than mine?? People need to have the respect for other people's privacy and living standards. College students that party all the time really suck for those of us who would like to live their lives quietly. RIDICULOUS, this is why the world is like it is, people don't have any consideration. I totally agree with guerajessicak's response above, I wish I wasn't stuck here. I have a feeling that it's certain buildings that have these idiots in them.
