There are alot of students that have never had to live in an apartment before. They seem to think it is ok to be loud and obnoxious at all hours of the night simply becuase they are "college students". They appear to have just graduated high school and have daddy pay for them to live in nice place. I have lived here for 4 months and it has been horrible. The office staff is doing some, but not enough to combat these issues with noise. My wife and I have been woken up more than once from parties and LOUD engines in the parking lot. People also leave excessive amounts of garbage outside that include glass beer bottles in the stair way.
