The location is great if you're a UTSA student. My girlfriend and I work in the same area around here, so work commute is great too. The people that live here (the majority at least) are what kill this place for us. You can hear at least one loud drunk college guy screaming at 1-3:00 AM in the morning. The walls are pretty thin so this is a problem when they're drinking, screaming, and yelling all over the place. Parking isn't so much of a hassle as it is annoying. There are plenty of compact car spaces with big trucks & SUV's parked in them. No one seems to have a problem taking up two spaces. Overall, we won't be renewing our lease. I can't wait to move on to a place where I can get more than 2 hours of sleep on a Friday night.
