For the people that are talking about parties...yes I've been woken up at 3am from a fight right outside my front door. Yes its loud, you live 2 miles from UTSA!. I've got an awesome pool and a carport so parking isn't a problem, but it is pretty tight on party nights. Now Broadstone isn't a perfectly amazing place, but I'm sure its the best place in the area to live. Anywhere else and you're gonna have freshman screaming all over the place.
