expensive because of location. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   these apartments are nice but they are too expensive for what you get. i'm paying $800/month for less than 700 square feet. don't get me wrong, the apartments are nice, and i don't mind the noise because it's to be expected. but i just got another note in the door today saying that a vehicle was stolen. the gates are always either open to the public or broken so no one can get in. my clicker has broken 3 times and i can't get into the laundry room or office to do things i need to do and they won't replace it, they just tell me to buy more batteries. at the price i'm paying, the office people should be kissing my feet. other than the fact that the apartments are so close to school, i don't see why they are so much. they are cheaply made and i can't wait for my lease to be up so i can move into a house.
