Recommended From: bah2006 Date posted: 4/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I live here with two of my friends in a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment. Contrary to what everyone has rated this complex, I love living here. However, it can be loud on occasion (it doesn't bother me that much; I still sleep through it) and some people drive like 50 mph in the parking lot just to look cool. The maintenance is awesome. We've had to call maintenance a few times for little things and they always show up and fix the problem. The rent is $1450/month, but I think it's well worth it. If you're not a student at UTSA or if you're like above the age of 30, I would suggest not living here because it's really a place for college students.
