This apartment complex is horrible. It is over priced and you do not get much from the apartment. Nothing is included in the rent which is really expensive. There's other apartment complex that charges 720 and that includes utility...but not Broadstone Ranch. Staff are not very friendly, they act like you are dumb when you go in and talk to them about something. You get charge for every little thing. You can hear everything that your neighbor is doing. I was kept up until 5 a.m. once because my upstairs neighbor was playing loud obnoxious music all night and they do not do anything about it. I even left a friendly note asking them to keep their music down at night but they didn't seem to care that there are people trying to sleep. Broken beer bottles everywhere. College girls and their boyfriends fighting and crying in the hallway at night, drunk kids yelling and reving their cars at night, hard to find a close parking.Walls in my apartment seem to start cracking for no apparent reason, i hope i don't get charge for it. Hope this helps...its not worth what you pay for.
