Well the year has ended.
the maintenance was good.
area good.
parking- sucks
staff- ok.
noise sucks
they were always late on telling us what our total bill was so we were always confused.
at the end they keep your deposit.
our lights for the track lightining went out. they said they wont replace them. but we refused to buy it. it costs 50 dollars.
carpet cleaning for "TRAFFIC STAINS" 200 dollars....

traffic stains give me a break.
drunk people would be ramming the gate of this place and they would never catch them. it is stupid.

honestly I am a UTSA student and it was all that great it seemed to be. you could get more of a bang for your buck from other places like next door. or i would even suggest living at mira vista or san miguel and pay that little extra if you want a nice apartment.

its just not worth the headaches.
buncha random people coming in.

probably the most annoying thing is when people are outside waiting to come in. and they block the gate expecting you to open it up for them. so there is a line waiting for you to open the gate.


Oh yeah. people would also park in the most retarded places so you cant backout. good thing i drove an SUV and could go over the curb to get out.


The place was also dusty as hell. Air conditing ducts were probably loaded with dust
