Ive lived here for 3 yrs. the first 2 yrs in a one bedroom on the third floor- very nice. this year i moved to a two bedroom on the 2nd floor one building over and it became a completely different experience! the people who live above me NEVER sleep and spend the whole day and night stomping around/partying. they are always super loud and my roommate and i have called at 4 am numerous times to report them for parties and nothing ever happens.
also- the parking lot is always littered with trash- and one time a pillow which sat there for 4 days without maintenance removing it. not to mention the dog poop and cigarettes which are all over the grass in front of my building. the first 2 yrs i lived here i had a really good overall experience, but since then everything has gone down hill.
There has been a lot of car break ins and the gate is usually pulled of its track once a week so anyone can get in. its too expensive to be living in trash with ridiculous college kids who have no respect for other peoples property.
