good and bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   After reading all the other reviews I have to agree with some of them and disagree with others. The noise is unacceptable due to the helicopters which fly low enough to hit with a pea shooter and ambulances at all hours. The exterior walls are very thin and you can clearly hear people having a quiet conversation outside. My experience with the staff and maintenance has been good. When my heater broke on a weekend they showed up within 2 hour and had it fixed quickly, and fixed it quickly again a week later. My neighbors are quiet and haven't any problems with them. Overall I probably wouldn't have moved in if I knew about the helicopters, ambulances, and thin walls but my exerience otherwise has been acceptable.
