I promise that I do not work for this complex

I am in the process of looking for another apartment as I live at the Lodge at this time. I can honestly say that I do not work for this apartment complex as most people believe that the only good reviews are from the staff in the office. My experience has been very good here at this Apartment complex. Yes you do have the problems with the ambulances and the helicopter, but remember this is the medical center. You will always have this problem. I heard about the problem with a police incident, however, that was a problem that to my understanding occurred between 2 people who if I am not mistaken knew each other, and it was not a random incident.
Ihave not ever heard my neighbors, but I do live on the third floor. I may hear the person in the shower, but nothing else. Gosh I wonder if they ever hear me though, because so far I have never had them to complain on me. Every time that I go to the office to complain about something that needs to be repaired, they come out immediatly to take care of it. And if it has to be done the next day, it is only because I may have made my complaint after 5 pm. The staff has always been nice to me and I have never had an experience of them being rude, or seen them being rude to other people.
I have been reading these reviews and makes me worried about all of the apartment complexes in San Antonio. Just wanted to give the people who work here some Good words to let them know thatI did enjoy my stay here.
