THINKING OF LEASING HERE' RUN AWAY!!! From: Cinamongirl Date posted: 3/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Management sucks here! READ ALL ABOUT IT! They will say one thing and mean another! If you are voicing your complaints on here..do not mention names or refer to positions as the management will alert apartment ratings and have your comments taken off. So if you see many complaints on here others have been taken away! Just read between the lines. The "managment" invited me in when I called to ask a few questions even tho I told them I wouldn't be ready to move until June and therefore didn't want to miss out of specials. They assured me I wouldn't. I had already invested 40 minutes answering quetions etc on the phone. When I got there someone different approached me and started the 20/20 questions again. I explained that I wasn't ready, that I had already talked to someone else and therefore didn't want to miss out on specials. After showing me the apt, they sprang the look and lease "special" on me saying that if I didn't give them monies to lock me in that I would most certainly miss out on the savings of 300.00. After seeing the model and seeing that the property's I was down hearted feeling that I was suckered into what seemingly felt like a carlot filled with employees waiting to make their commission. I walked away feeling taken in. I did give THE MANAGEMENT the opportunity to make a right wrong only to be told that I would be given a call back..and of course I didn't. I called back again and I was told that if I was calling in about the look and lease mistake..I would just have to move on and best of luck!...there you have it. If you read all the "no's" on here you will see that they are all consistant on their complaints. These kind of sites aren't here for compliments tho the MANAGEMENT will have you believe that the the NO's are from angry employees let go etc. This site is actually here for you those of you who feel that you are being treated unfairly to voice your opions. I encourage everyone who feel that way to do so. It's important for future residents to understand what they are getting into and what to expect when you have maintenance issues etc. This stuff about free breakfast and parties etc is done in many complexes, it's called appreciated tenants. And by the way I've lived here nearly five years and I am only leaving to upgrade, and more space. And I'm coming from an apt complex where they don't "trick" you into anything. You turn in a work order here it's done that same day! So you can bet that I'm looking to move into an apt complex where I will expect the same. So if you are calling, leaving messages, and they aren't being returned and you are getting excuses when you call back MOVE ON..that is the only thing that this complex told me that was good advice. They told be best of luck and to continue looking and you can bet I am!!!
