I get break lease b/c I bought a house. It is just like the beginning of the nightmare. They told me that I have pay full payment until the last day of my lease or pay releting fee plus full payment of each month. The benefit of the 2nd option is they put my apt on the market. I let them do it for my apt, but eventually, my apt is the last one they do not lease out, although it has the popular style and location. The guy who work for leasing office is a lier. They just try to make money as much as they can.

Umm, Just so you know in your lease it states all of those provisions (reletting fee's and the breaking of your lease fee's) And just because they have to follow the rules doesnt make them bad people. And every apt has the same provisions. Im a apt locator and I hate when people talk bad about a good property just because you broke your promise of a lease.. You should read all contracts before signing them and then maybe you would re-evaluate calling the guy in the office a "lier" (its actually liar) But I just felt compelled to write you back because you seem to feel like they had a choice of charging you these fee's and actually thats not how it is. They have to if you break your lease
