House of Horrors and Whores From: Jimd Date posted: 3/15/2004 Years at this apartment: Pre-1980 - 1979   I moved into this place when it was brand new, October 1978. The most frequent visitors to the compound were the San Antonio Police. The owner, Bob Ross rented to anyone who showed up, and soon it became a camp for illegal aliens, and the apartment units were overcrowded, people coming and going at all hours of the day and night. When my one year lease was up, I moved out.
