Broadview Apartments

DONT move here!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I have lived here a year and it seemed fine until they let a gang family move in. They are allowed to break the rules and have parties and break beer bottles on the sidewalk. They have tremendous traffic going to buy drugs all hours of the day and night. Everything is rundown and broke and management does not seem interested in fixin anything. The pool is closed more than open and the playground is trashed with glass and tagging. Apparently, all they are concerned about is getting their rent money.
