Okay if you have no where else

I lived at these apartments for a year. As a matter of fact this was my first apartment. They are old to say the least. My first month living there I had the tub faucet spring a leak, after reporting it I went for about two months with the leak. The apartment personell are rude and I never got that free microwave, TV, etc. that they offer. It's relatively safe despite the location and the fact it has no fence. I was never broken into here. I wouldn't recommend it unless you've got no where else to go.

My advice to you is to go to a place that isn't run by a bic Company that will look at history. Try the duplexes on Braesview and Larkspur across from Larkspur Elementary. They are run by an owner and are pretty nice and have a small yard. Hope this helps.
