#1-only 2 people in the office-1 very rude and nuerotic!
#2-maintenance' What a joke...1 maintenance man for the whole place and VERY lazy and slow.
#3-forget pets!!!I would say 80% of tenents have one yet there is no grass at all!! You can have your dog go in the "park" across the street that's infestd with homeless people that harass you for money the whole time.
#4-Have your own washer and dryer' It doesn't fit correctly in the utility room. Don't have a washer and dryer' It cost to use their laundry facility yet you pay over $1.00/sqft. Oh, and you have to only have quarters even though there is no change machine anywhere-who carries cash anymore'
#5-Think it is modern to have no carpet(concrete floors)' Well, since they aren't sealed floors, they are absolutely disgusting! IF you take a tour, bring a white towel and wipe it...you will definitely reconsider this dirt manifestation!
#6-0 ammenities-no computer room, no fitness area, no washer and dryer, horrible staff, lazy maintenace, and pricey!
#7-rubber baseboards like in doctor's offices and cheap cabinets.
#8-Concrete hallways that share walls with bedrooms-you can hear people walking with heals from across the building. It is weird at night because it sounds like someone is clunking around your apartment. And the hall lighting is very dim.
#9-Due to the exposed pipes in the apartment, which was very appealing upon viewing initially for the contemporary style, you can hear if anyone above you is running water and it is extremely loud.
You might want to consider shopping around downtown because Cadillac Lofts is an overpriced dump.

We lived there back in 2002 and couldn't wait to leave. Our apartment faced the main entrance and boy, was that a big mistake! People would be moving in at all hours of the night!! I mean, one truck parked itself right under our bedroom window at midnight to move into their apartment. For goodness sakes! We told the manager but she was sooooo not with it. Plus, get this...people would use shopping carts to bring their stuff at all hours of the day and night. And guess what?? Since the hallways were exposed concrete and not carpeted, it would make a horrible racket!! Geez, stay away from this place.
