Okay...I agree with complaints about the leasing assisstant-she is a little senile at times and she has gotten an attitude with my family and me on a few occassions. BUT, Andy works hard to keep things going around here. I used to do this job for 3 years and they are allowed to have some bad days-trust me...listening to residents' complaints all day, 6 days/ week is no picnic...It wears you down after a while.
About the interiors....It is an old building and it has a lot of charm. The cabinets are cheap but we pay for the downtown living. This is one of the best places to live-covered, gated parking, small, on-site manager, etc. I guess you people have not had enough apartment living experience to judge this place so poorly.
IF you are nice to the manager, that is what you willl get in return. Just try to be sympathetic-Andy's job is not as easy as it appears.

i agree with you, some people are just rude by nature--the best defense is being extra courteous and nice; it just makes it harder for them to be rude, and ive found that they are nice to you, and sometimes only you.
