I lived there for about a year and a half... the property is very old and kind of ghetto. I had to break my lease when my bedroom celing collapsed... I had started to notice that there were black spots on my celing and in the window panes and was told that it was the moister from the rain and that I needed to open my windows sometimes! Well come to find out the black spots were mold and not only was the mold on my celing my in the carpet. It appeared that must have just painted over the mold with white paint and never fixed got rid of the mold. Needless to say my three children were all hospitalied due to low oxygen levels and are all now asmathics when they were 100% healthy before we moved in. Because the apartments did want to be sued they agreed to allow me to break my lease with no reprocutions. Please reconsider I can assure you in unit #306 where i lived the mold was never taken care of and all they did was patch up the roof and added some sheetrock to the bedroom celing.
