I don't live there but I have driven past it enough times. There have been two major fires at this place in one year. One fire knocked out an ENTIRE BUILDING. From Blanco you can see where it once stood, there is a large patch of grass there now. Another bldg was very damaged in another fire.

On top of that there are registered sex offenders living there. I kid you not. Look at the sex offender database here:
