TOTALLY UNSAFE PLACE TO LIVE!!! RUDE MANAGEMENT TO BOOT!! From: cuba1225@yahoo.com Date posted: 7/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   Lived there for 3 1/2 years, beautiful landscaping and roomy apartments...But at what price! My family was terrified living there, at first, stolen bikes and things on patio. Then, Break-ins at night (It happened to us twice). Three managers later, I gave notice (when my lease was up) and moved out. The new manager, Mary, is rude and acts like she is doing you a favor by letting you live there! Her husband is the lead maintenance man, and they all" could care less", as I was told by the manager about the break ins, just the cost of the locks! 4 next door neighbors in 3 years, all but 1 had to be evicted! Drug Trafficking, Street Fights and Gunshots going off at night...especially in the one bedroom building..if you go to the pool, they will all be there, some sleeping over night on the pool chairs after eviction! BY THE WAY...DONT EXPECT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK, EVEN IF YOU PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME, NO LEASE VIOLATIONS AND LEAVE YOUR APARTMENT CLEAN!! The complex is not totally gated and have people from Fox Fire and from the Diamond Shamrock walking thru all day! I REPEAT KEEP YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY SAFE...STAY AWAY!! THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY RUDE!
