I moved in a year ago, since I have dealt with massive ninja roaches and too much of an ant problem, and my kitchen sink being repaired seven times and a/c broke three times. The office staff is nice but anything but easy to work with. Do not have an emergency ... they are quick to move tenants out instead of working with them. I have seen too many people get evicted viciously to want to stay here and feel safe so have chosen to move. But if you need a place to get into fast with out a big credit history check, felony check and the such then this is your place. Please watch the sex offender list too ... I have found 2 residents on it.
