Started Out Ok..Now it's just a joke!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I currently live here and it sucks. THe management team is really incompetent. The main manager is ok but doesn't know what she's doing and the assistant manager is a rude incompetend idiot. As far as repairs go..they don't. Nothing is ever fixed immediately and it seems as if maintenance is always related or married to the management team. I've tried calling the corporate office and they're an even bigger joke! Parking sucks,,they is not enough parking and pot holes galore! Most of all my electric bill was like 300 a month and the water bill is 44.00 a month without a washer! It's outrageous for an apartment that is not so nice
