I have lived here since August of 2008, I am very happy. The staff has had a few changes in the last few months, but everyone is great. I have had to put in very few work orders, but the few I have put in were handled promptly and with a smile. The apartments are old (25 years) but well built, (not perfect) and if you take care of your home and keep a clean home you will not have a problem with roaches or bugs of any kind. (1.5 years not one pest control request) I am happy to say that I will continue to live here until I purchase a home, it s in a great location and is affordable, there is no fancy paint, or a luxury day spa when you live here, but you are not paying an arm and a leg for things that you don t need with a snobby staff.. you get a down to earth staff who care about people and good safe neighborhood to live in and call home. Don t listen to the complainers before me, come see Canyon Point for yourself meet the staff and the maintenance staff, come through at different times during the day and meet some of the tenants that are out and about, I promise most of my neighbors are nice friendly people.
