I agree... the apartments seem nice, but they are overpriced... The apartments try to look nice, but are cheaply made. My car got broken into because the apartments surrounding the area are full of thugs...

I think we pay for the quality of the management. The management is professional; occasionally, they have parties or free food for the tenants.
