Ever since my husband and moved in to Carlyle Place in December we have had problems. The appliances are faulty, the apartments are thrown together as cheaply as possible, and there is a serious lack of security. For a week now the front gate has been broken allowing anyone access to the complex. The gate only actually works about 30 percent of the time. Just recently I was leaving my apartment when to my astonishment my car is sitting a cinder blocks with all four wheels missing!!!!
For the money that the tenants at Carlyle Place pay, it would be nive to atleast have a functioning entrance gate and a caring management staff! Is that too much to ask'
I definately would not reccomend this place unless you feel like bing ripped off!
