After living here for 2 years the only complaint I have is the response time on maintanence requests. While the management and leasing staff are friendly and courteous, they don't get much done when it comes to maintanence requests. At first I thought it was the maintenance guys, but they don't act until instructed by the leasing staff. So unless you deliver your request in person, call two to three times a day and demand service, make follow up visits-- don't expect anything to be done about your problem. The maintanence guys, however, are great. They get the job done the first time and are knowledgable and friendly.

Also if you're not on the top floor, you will hear people walking above you.
