I lived there a short while. (Feb 2005 to July 2005).

There was constant maintenance problems. Only 2 guys working and no problems were not corrected for weeks. (2 of my friends lived in the apt complex as well...) All 3 of us had seperate apartments. We all complained of the maintenance and we all hated the prices of the apartments and yes, within 6 months we had found better living elswhere.

The front office does not keep things organized and I know that one of the front office employees hated working there and transferred off the property because it wasn't organized.
