Maintenance issue

It seems that maintenance issues remain a problem here just as everywhere else. They claim that maintenance requests are handled whithin 24-48 hours. I must admit that that is a gimmick to get people to lease here. The office staff is slow to respond and as 1 of the other residents wrote, the gates are broken on a regular basis.

| Thank you for expressing your concerns for the community. I assure you that we stand by our 48Hr. Service Request Guarantee and you will receive a phone call from your staff up to a week later to ask if your order was performed to your satisfaction. Sometimes, it is necessary for your maintenance staff to order a part to complete your request. If this does occur, you will be notified the same day. We do have a computer system that allows us to view the completion ratio of our service requests. Your staff is currently at 92%. Thank you again for your comments.
