Leasing is the nicest girl you can meet and talk with such an awesome Leasing agent. This is all about the Manager who will promise and never deliver anything. She leaves early all the time and leave the leasing agent by herself, Manager doesn't answer phones, will set an appouintment with you but will leave and go smoke or go to lunch and the leasing agent again has to take up the slack......Manager needs to go. Leasing agent promoted to Manager Please.....Manager fake smile and a real flake...Just talk to the Leasing agent she will try to get it done but Manager always holds her back and this manager needs to go,,,,,Well as you can see Leasing Agent 100% Manager not even 0% shouldnt even be here,Managers customer service sucks well when she even answers the phone....GO LIL LEASING AGENT,,,,,,,,I staf a five star but in that manager not included...Please Carlyle Place and upper management send manager elsewhere..Under recommend-it a recommendable place only if the tall manager is not there,,,and tiny leasing agent is there......

| Dear Sir/Madam, I can appreciate your courage to express your feedback. I realize that change is difficult for some. As we read your opinion, myself and others are left a bit confused about your information and source. The facts are that I have never left early, if I do take a lunch - I'm eating my TV dinner at my desk, and I have never missed an appointment with a resident or a vendor, etc. The actions that you have described maybe true for some, however, they have never and will never be apart of my ethics. I would like to get to know you and for you to get to know me. My residents are always my top priority and I remain sympathetic and empathetic. I would like to ask you to please feel free and either call me or stop by your leasing office so we may discuss any issues you may have personally and professionally. As I've stated before, I do have an open door policy and am interested in resolving your claims should you feel they are legitimate. I am here for you and every Carlyle family member. Thank you again and I hope to hear from you soon. | |
