Let me just say that I have lived at Carlyle Place for a long while, and with all the changes that are generally made at ANY apartment complex,this one has been for the better. Our new manager Megan is WONDERFUL! She has her act together, and is EXTREMELY attentive to the needs of the community. The only problem I have noted is that some inconsiderate people who live here attempt to take it upon themselves to damage the courtesy gate resulting in it having to be reset and repaired time after time again. Bottom line, you break the gate, or give out your code -- don't cry when it does not work.

For a complex with 184 units, I would say that we have it made compared to many other communities in town. Small community, Security Surveillance, and Wonderful residents..... Carlyle Place is TOP NOTCH!
