Carlyle Place is absolutely amazing. Neighbors are quiet. I sleep SOUNDLY at night! Outdoors is kept clean as could be. People here are extremely responsible, nice, and respectful. The rooms are spacious, & they offer 1 free accent wall of your choice from Sherwin Williams. Although it's not a necessity, it's the little touches of detail that let you know the management wants you to feel at home. Business center AND workout room is open 24 hours with a code access. They guarantee that your maintenance request is complete in no more than 48 hours! That can only be said for a small and cozy community like Carlyle Place! (Not like those apartments that need their own zip code.) Safety here is not a concern at all. There is a coded gate in the entrance AND the exit. Both codes are DIFFERENT. How wonderful is that' Do NOT be lured by other apartments because they are brand new! The build is cheap, & older properties built before 1997 have better insulation and materials. Last, but not least, I would be willing to pay a greater amount for an apartment just based on service and staff. Every single staff member, leasing agent, maintenance, manager, etc, have been absolutely genuine, helpful, respectful, and most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE. If you're a hard working person, & simply want to live in a place that is safe, quiet, and comfortable, choose Carlyle Place.

No. I am not kidding you. I live at this community, & if you would like to personally speak to me, email me rgy456@my.utsa.edu.
And to your second question, my experience is probably different because I've experienced the worst of the worst. Have you'
CPS Energy is responsible for your electricity, NOT the apartment complex. So if you have any complaints about your bill, take it to the correct place.
UPS: I just picked up a package today in the office. Didn't have to wait at all.
And to use the word "hate" is extreme. People have different opinions and living situations, and I am sure if you lived at the past place I did, you would be grateful for this apartment complex too.
People change. Places change. Is it that difficult to imagine that change could be for the better'

Wow I must admit they must have improved the place exceptionally from when I lived there.
1) maintenance was good when I was there, no real complaints from this
2) Safety is a concern, but honestly the gates were being fixed alot when I was there as well as a notice went out to the residents about a forced entry/gun issue
3) as for the build, the apartments were "leaning" and the apartment complex had to have a company come re-enforce it. The insulation was not that great at all, the doors didn't close properly (had mine fixed and re done at least 2 times) and my electric bill inside the apartment complex was as much as my HOUSE electric bill is now and I use TONS more electricity in my house.
4) I also agree that the staff was very nice and helpful. One thing that I missed when I was there was the ability to recieve pacakages at the office and not have to track down the latest FedEx or UPS facility and retrieve it.
This is an honest response and any of these can be backed up (and should be backed up by the staff/maintenance staff about the foundation). I hate it when your reading reviews and all of a sudden you get these SUPER FLUFF comments...like OMG this place is better than living in a mansion with free cars, money, and rent.

Are you kidding me? This response is obviously from the office staff. It's obvious that who ever wrote this does not actually live in this community. And if what you say is true, how come your experience is so much different from mine?

Agreed. I am pretty sure that the management breaks the rules and signs onto this website to leave comments. Either that or they bribe the residents to leave good comments.
