I lived here for a little over a year and in that time things changes for the worst. I moved in early summer 2008. The property was pretty well maintained when I moved in staff was friendly and any issues I had were taken care of quickly and without a hitch. The honeymoon lasted about two months. Towards the end of summer the summer my car was stolen along with several others in the community. I understand things like this happen and didn t blame the complex; they did their best to assist the police and tried to make me feel reasonably safe. I made a couple of friends in the complex over the year and as time went by we hear more and more about the crime and theft occurring in the complex and the overall lack of response from management. By this time -----, who I believe is the current manager and apparently she was not able to stem the tide. The gates were broke for at least a month during which time my car was broken into again along with several other cars. I no longer felt safe in this place, it seemed criminals were free to walk in and take what they wanted without fear of repercussions. The gate stayed broke for another couple of weeks but by that point I was done with this place. I ve lived in multiple cities in this country and have always driven the same car and never had anyone break into or had my car stolen yet when I move in to this place it happens twice. Not a safe place to live if you value your property.

It is unfortunate that with crime on the rise from time to time - it knows no address. yup. we never get reports about the crime that goes on in the complex. it's like they try to hide it from us, which is in fact harming us and making the community unsafe.
