I don't see the problem

I don't have a problem with this apartment. Of course, I have the benefit of experience at other complexes - and let me tell you: Escalante is a walk in the park compared to The Woodlands where I began my life in apartments (and that was on the northeast side...). My apartment is spacious, cheap, I have a large balcony, no roaches or silverfish [though I have ants, too]. All the same, the management stays out of my business.
I also realize that bigots who wish that certain ethnic groups would stay as far away from them as possible are likely to NOT like living in THE CHEAPEST APARTMENTS ON W BITTERS. But what a dilemma that must be - to have to live such a meager life and still maintain such abominable standards.
Insinuations like "ghetto" and "ghetto fabulous" are indicative of what kind of person wrote that review: one who's opinions are garbage.
Further, in the same vein, modern leasing laws do not allow discrimination on race, sexual preference, familial status (including roommate situations), etc. If the people qualify, the complex MUST rent to them. You might ought to look at the Property Code Mr. Bigotface.
