The New people are not as bad as the last. They are sugar coating the place making it look like it is worth living here. Even offering tenants a $50.00 discount for referrals.(As If!) My bath has a leak that they have fixed about 4 times it needs to be compleatly replaced. (Oh! I pay for water)I can't wait till my lease is up to move out of here. This place never had a parking issue till now. they placed "no parking" signs all around the property. On the back side of the building there are 32 one bedroom apartments and 24 parking slots, in the back of the building there are 14 more spaces, not everyone on the Godfrey side has a car. I have 3 cars. My husbands car, my car, and my husbands work truck. if they are going to enforce towing they need to take the time to make parking permits. As far as I can tell no one parks on the Godfrey side because the asfault is at an angle making your door swing open when you are getting in and out of the car. I understand that they are trying to clean up the place, but putting a bunch of rules when there was never an issue is ludicrous and down right wrong. I regret falling for the BS thinking this place was great...And I will move out in
