As a resident of this once beautiful complex I will have to say at this point it has become so awful I will continue to move out. Thank goodness the landlord Heather and her way of doing things has come to an end.
She never could seem to do anything right, execpt if you like to hear someone talk too much and very loud.
I'm not exactly sure who is in charge of or actually owns this complex but from what I've heard from people that have lived hear since it was built they have had enough and will be leaving soon.

It's sad to see such a nice place to live be abandoned so soon, it was only built about seven or eight years ago and has been neglected ever since. There is a natural area nearby that contains large amounts of stray cats and dogs (containing unsavory vareities of both kinds of animals) which should be cautioned as this complex allows pets of all sizes and breeds including reptiles and rodents and stray animals in this kind of neighborhood usually are not friendly, I will not mention breed specific topics but there quite a few that you would want to watch out for that actually are allowed to roam freely at Cenizo Flats. Its slightly better here now that Heather is not here but recommendation for this complex will remain slim in my book.

All in all this is an apartmennt complex that should be avoided at all costs if you like a quiet place to live!

The trash removal is infrequent and when it does happen the truck seems to arrive at 3 or 4 in the AM setting off car alarms barking dogs irate neighbors etc. All in all this whole neighborhood could have been very nice but was built too close to the airport and extreme traffic noise if you want a quiet& mellow place DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

op is right, cenizo is noisy, and maintenance staff is amateur.

If you dont like living at Cenizo Flats, than why have you lived there for 4 years? You could have left the first year you were there if this is true. I lived there for a year and my experience there was great. You obviously have a problem with management, could it be because you like the sound of your own voice that you feel that you have to criticize? As far as the pets are concerned, since animals live in nature it makes sense that they are in the natural area that you mentioned. However, I never saw one of these strays enter the apartments. I dont have any pets but i'm not going tell someone who is paying a pet deposit that their pets are simply rodents!
