Convenient to Ft Sam but will cost you

Nice complex, gym facility is not the greatest but most tennants here are in the military - Id rather use the gym on post. Proximity to Ft Sam is a definite plus the drawback is the rent. 1600 for a 3 bedroom' thats steep! If your a Maj with dependents its a great price but for anybody else its way too much. Finally, the distance between the various floors are very thin - in short sometimes I can hear a herd of elephants running around upstairs.
