New property inside 410 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/4/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have lived here for 9 months and I am pretty happy. The office staff has always been friendly. My maintenance requests are usually taken care of promptly, except for the leaky ceiling. Beautiful, reasonably priced. As for the other person's comment on price, try finding something this nice, in town for anywhere near the price. Buildings for a Melrose type circle/courtyard, which is not great for people who might want to have a party. Voices travel bad and we can't even sit on our patio and talk (2 people, normal voices) without someone yelling at us'! Mostly military weirdos in and out within a few months or so. Others are old people.
