To start this is a positive review. I did enjoy living here with the new management.
As listed in other posts, main problem is being stuck with SBC service (ie DSL & satellite).
This property was previously part of Villas at Oakwell farms. The property is lovely and convenient, a tad expensive and the apartments are very nice aside from the silverfish issue we had.
The main thing I want to say is while we were living there the management switched to the new owners of Cenizo Flats this past year and it made all the difference in our experience there. Previous management were not tenant friendly when issues arose and were ready to charge you for anything they could get away with. The new management is very pro-tenant and understanding. They really made living there a pleasure and when we had to leave it was an easy transition. Versus for people we knew on the Villas side that were charged for everything they could be upon moving.
