I've lived here since July 2006 and my experience has been outstanding in every way. Friendly and professional staff, fast service, great floor plan. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. You can hear a pin drop at night. Only negative is AT&T cable and satellite TV. Small enough price to pay though - my experience has been incredibly positive.

Yes, you can hear the pins dropping, but you can also hear the sirens from all those ambulances at night. There's a nursing home around the block, and when there's an elderly person needing a hospital trip, we all wake up. On top of that, the apartment is directly underneath the flight path, so when those planes land, it gets REALLY loud even with the doors and windows closed.

I'm not sure I understand how the flight path and nursing home are the fault of Cenizo Flats.
