The staff is short handed big time. There's a manager, assistant manager, and two maintenance men. The two maintenance men never seem to be able to do anything other than sweep the dust under the rug. Take the gym for instance. It's so nasty and dirty in there, that I don't think it's been cleaned in at least two years. . . seriously. The weight machines are in disrepair and are probably dangerous to be using.
The computer lab is questionable as well. There's one computer that you have to wait in line for, and the printer always runs out of ink. There was wireless there for a few months, but they took it out for some reason. They do provide you with a cheap fax machine, which is good.
Noise can get really bad. There's a nursing home around the corner, and when the ambulance comes to pick up one of those elderly, everyone knows. The apartment is also underneath the flight path, and when the plane lands. . . we all know.
There are parts of the apartment that are showing age. Cabinet doors are getting old: hinges are cracking and veneer is peeling off. The tiles on my kitchen floor are coming up, and they told me I had to pay to glue them down myself.
The fixtures are crap. I had to go to Home Depot to buy myself a real faucet to replace the PLASTIC faucet they installed in the kitchen! The other problem is that none of the apartments have microwaves!
The head manager is actually decent. Her assistant manager is very. . . standoffish. I can never get a grip on it, but she seems to have personality issues. She's not rude, but she's far from nice.
As far as safety, someone stole the hitch on my truck.
Overall, it's an okay experience. If I had to do it again, I would rent somewhere cheaper and use the money I save to provide myself with better maintenance.

oh come on! Seriously, sounds like you really do need to find somewhere cheaper, because if you haven't checked at WALMART, you can buy a microwave for 30 DOLLARS. ooooo..PRICEY, EH? I don't know about you, but when I live in an apartment, I don't pay attention to the tiny, little things that don't matter. I'm sorry, but I really don't have much faith in the credibility of this review, its hard to believe that you lived at these apartments, buddy, because this sounds nothing like this apartment complex. And the NOISE is bad? yeah, maybe if you are 90 years old. Take a chill pill and get an apartment for 10 dollars, maybe then you'll be happy.

wow heyro11 is not having a good day, I think he/she needs to take thier own advise and take a chill pill or two. The airport is pretty close so I beleive that is the noise they are referring to. The apaprtments do needs some work. I wonder what kind of rent service heyro11 is getting.

I agree, heyro11 is a little overboard here. I believe the review was well written without over emotions. Just speaking from the heart and providing info for potential renters. The airplanes were super annoying at times. And the original poster is probably a lot more attentive to detail than heyro11 is, hence the distaste for the breaking/corroding items in the apartment. I agree with the poster, the renter should not have to pay to fix the tile when the damage is from normal wear and tear.
