Well I am still living at Cenizo and you can say I am still happy. I only have 2 issues.
1 - They parking is pretty bad. If I get home past 9pm, there is a good chance I will not find parking near my apartment. There is too many covered parking spot and not enough opening parking. It is unsafe to walk through the somewhat dark parking lot late at night. Especially since there was a some break-ins a few months back. Plus there has been one tan nissan maxima that has been sitting there and not moved for about 6 months!! It needs to be moved. There is not enough parking on my side of the complex for abandoned cars!
2 - I wish they would clean the stairways. They look pretty nasty. Its kinda embarrassing when I have friends come over and they don't even want to touch the hand rail.... hell, I don't even like touching it! So if management reads these post..... PLEASE CLEAN THE STAIRWAYS! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

Parking was never an issue when I lived there back in 07. However, there are dirty stairs and common areas. The gym is tres nasty, as is the business center.
