I am in the military so I was looking for something close to Fort Sam Houston. The staff at Cenizo Flats have been the best I have ever dealt with and Cenizo Flats are the best Apartment Homes that I have ever lived in. The manager and assistant manager are very understanding and I believe that they really care about their tenants. I fell in love with the beautiful and neat landscaping from the moment I laid eyes on them. I have lived here for a year and I am going to stay here until I either buy a home or move out of San Antonio. I have not had any problems and I feel comfortable and safe here. No major problems with anything just normal wear and tear. The maintenance staff always handles any concerns that I have in a timely manner. In fact the staff even encourages the tenants to call in issues no matter how small it is. I am very picking and particular about things and I would recommend this place to anyone that is considering Cenizo Flats for their new home. I give them two thumbs up, five stars, round of applause, you name it...
