If it wasn't for the nice landscaping and the wonderful tenants this apartment complex wouldn't range with other better maintained apartments at this price. The landscaping was eye catching but since I been a resident here it is actually loosing some of its presence The pavement in the complex is really due for a cleaning they are extremely dirty, some mold building up lets not forget the recent increase of dog poop.
Don't get me wrong this are nice but they are pricy and I have seen bigger pools and better fitness rooms for the same price and the same square foot. As for management Kim I rarely see her but when I do she is nice. Heather well as long as she is having a good day then on some occasions she seems to be ok.
Courtesy and professionalism works as a charm there is no price tag for that.

Don't know about the poop increase I love animals but I have noticed the dirty and mold on sidewalks and stairs

Wow I am shocked, I find the management to be nicer than any other apartment community I have lived in. They seem to care about their residents and are always friendly, but remember they are here to manage the apartments not be your best friends. When you say that Kim is never here, have you considered she might be somewhere on property, or in her office dealing with the hundred plus units she has to manage. Heather is always available, and I know of many times she has taken the time when she is off duty to assist her residents, and didn't seem put out. The property is beautiful and serene and makes you feel like you live away from the city.

Yeah I've got to agree...Heather and Kim are just awesome. Cenizo was probably the best renting experience I've ever had. No-nonsense, stress free management/leasing office, great location and grounds for the price. When I moved in Cenizo still had access to the ameneties over at Oakwell, which was AWESOME, so I guess my only criticism of Cenizo is the lack of amenities. (Gym is a little lacking, small pool) Other than that....awesome place!

kim and heather are horrible, all they do is spend their time smoking.
